Founded in 2014, One of many is an online community that aims to be the One place you go to when you need to reconnect and commit to yourself. Together.

As a woman you’re many things. Trying to be a good friend but more often a distant one; a loving mum but more often a tired one; an organised colleague, but more often a distracted one. You commit yourself to others, and sometimes you lose sight of a commitment to yourself. That’s why we’re building a community of like-minded individuals. A place where women can create the change they want to see

When there's too much to do.
Dance.

I know that sounds flippant, but it really isn't.

When the list is too long, the decisions won't stop coming, and you've been holding everyone else together all week, your nervous system doesn't need another strategy. It needs to move.

So before you open one more tab, or write one more email, or solve one more problem that isn't actually yours to solve...

Put a song on. Move your body. Even for three minutes.

It resets something. Every time.

What's your go-to song when you need to shift your state?

Drop it in the comments...I'll see if it's on my playlist ahead of One Woman Conference.

This is what a One of many event looks like.

A room full of high-capacity women who've finally put down what they've been carrying. No performing. No holding it together for everyone else.

Just women being fully, honestly themselves. Together.

That's One Woman Conference. And every year, something shifts in that room that's hard to put into words, but you can see it on their faces.

We're back. This weekend, 13-14 June, Hilton Bankside, London.

If this looks like something you need, come and join us in the room.

When did you last do something just because it felt good?
Not because it was productive. Not because it was on the list. Not because anyone needed it from you.
Just... because.
Jo's been writing this week about one of her favourite reset tools - the kind that might look a bit silly, but works every time, and costs absolutely nothing.

(Spoiler: it involves closing the office door and turning the music up loud.)

If you're the kind of woman who keeps going long after everyone else has stopped, this one's for you. The full blog is in the comments.

What's your version of the five-minute reset? Tell us below, we'd love to know.

I want you to meet Lucy.
She's been part of the One of many community for a while, and I asked her what the atmosphere at One Woman Conference is actually like.
Her words - electric, contagious, joyful. But not superficial.
I love that she said that. Because that's exactly it. It's not a room full of women being whipped up into a frenzy. It's something that gets deeply underneath things.
7 days until we're at the Hilton Bankside, London.
If you've been wondering whether it's the right room for you, what would help you feel sure? Drop it below.

Putting off an unimportant task isn't procrastination.
That's prioritisation.

We've borrowed a word from productivity culture and turned it into a way to feel bad about ourselves.

Before you call yourself a procrastinator, ask: is this task actually important right now?
Sometimes the answer is no. And that's not a character flaw. That's wisdom.

What's something you've "let yourself off the hook" about recently that was actually the right call?

A while back I was all set to film content. Hair done, studio booked. And I just... couldn't.

My first instinct was to tell myself I was procrastinating. But I wasn't. I was exhausted. And pushing through would have been the worst thing I could have done.

If you've got a task that keeps not happening, I'd love you to read this before you give yourself a hard time about it.

There's something that happens in that room every year.

Women arrive carrying everything. The mental load, the to-do list, the quiet sense that something needs to change but there's no space to figure out what.

And by the end of Day 1, something shifts. You can see it on their faces. You can feel the change in energy of the room.

That's the One Woman Conference. Two days with a room full of women who get it.

13th and 14th June, Hilton Bankside, London. A few seats still available. Comment DECISION and we'll send you all the details.

"A real, grounded, magical and above all different approach to life."
That's what Bonny walked away with.

Not a notebook full of theory. Not another thing to implement on a Monday morning.
Something that actually moved inside her.
