Ballet, Modern & Tap Horniman Dance School was founded in 2006 by ARAD and RAD
Teaching Cert (RTS) Principal Franca Maria Vinnicombe.

Franca has been dancing since the age of 6 and trained as a classical
dancer at the Arts Educational School and graduated with a diploma
in dance. After leaving the Arts Educational School she appeared with many dance
companies and has danced all over the UK. Franca has also peformed at the Churchill Theatre, the Broadway
Theatre in West End Musicals and at the London Palladium. Her passion an

d experience for dance is embedded in the mission statement
of Horniman Dance School: Learn, Dance, Live. Franca and Lisette Foster ( both CRB checked) teach up to 200
enthuastic pupils each week. Horniman Dance School follow the Royal Academy of Dance Ballet syllabus
and the Imperial of teachers of dance Tap and Modern Syllabus. Performances take place every 2 years where pupils have the opportunity to

Come join us for a fun packed week of dancing, singing and crafts.
Performance onsite on Friday to give students the opportunity to show what they have achieved.
