Leadership - The Big Bake Off
Designed especially for our Leadership Students. Whilst providing an enjoyable fun time, it was also planned with clear educational, social, and personal development benefits in mind. JazakAllah to for arranging the fantastic trip.
Throughout the experience, students were able to learn and develop important life skills, including:
-Building Confidence: Taking part in a new, creative challenge helps students believe in their abilities.
-Teamwork Skills: Working in groups encourages cooperation, communication, and shared responsibility.
-Leadership Development: Students were provided with opportunities to take initiative, organise tasks, and guide their peers.
Public Speaking & Presentation Skills: Each group presented their final product, helping them practise clear and confident communication.
Creativity & Critical Thinking: Students were able to plan, problem-solve, and design their own bake, encouraging flexible and creative thinking.
Positive Social Experience: The trip promoted connection, friendship, and a sense of belonging.
