Hello, my name is Grethe Mangala Jensen also known as Sandal Sticks Theatre (a name I chose to honour my part Sri Lankan heritage and love of all things sandal wood). I'm a professional storyteller, actor and puppeteer based in London UK, and I love sharing stories of all kinds and to facilitate storytelling, puppetry, drama and voice workshops with human beings of all ages. I trained in acting at ALRA (The Academy of Live and Recorded Arts), and have performed in numerous theatres, schools, venues, festivals, and events around the UK and abroad and additionally hold a Level -5 TEFL qualification. My goal and aim is to share my love of storytelling and inspire creativity and confidence in children and adults, doing what I love doing the most. Look forward to seeing you soon.
