FLOW is a way of being.

It’s something you can access at any time.
But there is a catch.

You gotta give yourself the best chance.

Overwhelm and stress are almost constant atm. Mind reeling, inner critic ruminating.

That’s how I felt after a screaming child nursery drop off this morning. 🫣

It’s easy to believe that it is normal to feel like that all the time.

It is not (your) normal.
It’s an (mal)adaptation.

Flow is what your body-soul wants to do.
It is a natural state.

When you feel
- safe
- purposeful
- creative
- free

And that feeling is closer than you think - at any given time.

You can give yourself that feeling through little actions (just a few minutes)

- like stretching/dancing
- breath work
- kind self-talk

I so nearly didn’t give myself the best chance.

Just a few minutes of any one of these will shift your state — I promise you.

You deserve to flow!

Most leaders don’t realise this yet…
but communication and leadership have collapsed into one skill.

And the communication style we’ve all been taught — polished, controlled, performance-led — can’t create the systemic change so many of us are working toward.

Flow-based speaking is different.
It’s regenerative, intuitive, embodied.
It helps you lead from presence, not pressure.
From alignment, not armour.
From truth, not performance.

This is the communication style that shifts culture.

Next week I’m opening applications for 🌊 RISING TIDE —
a 3-day live, embodied training in London this spring for 30 heart-led leaders who want to speak and lead in a way that actually moves people and moves systems.

If you want early access to the application link,
comment or reply with RISING and I’ll send it to you as soon as it’s ready.

Let’s change the culture of communication — together.

Parenting in late stage capitalism is A LOT.

We were never meant to parent in isolated nuclear families behind closed doors.

Parenting is a community effort.
- shared values and other adults helping parent
- food trains so we take turns doing the evening meals
- play dates without 3 weeks planning ahead

I long for the level of community that doesn’t require paying for it just to have basic support.
My heart aches for more in-person parental friendships that are honest, present, and loving.

If you’re juggling a business, childcare, finances, overwhelm, and the rest — I SEE YOU!

It’s a lot.
And we will come through it. 🧡

RISING TIDE is going IRL! 🌊

For weeks, I felt the tension — I love delivering this work body-to-body, yet I kept trying to make it fit online.

Then my body reminded me what alignment feels like.

So I’m listening.
And shifting.

Rising Tide is becoming a 3-day in-person immersive gathering in London, Feb/Mar 2026.

For 30 changemakers, movement shapers, and mission-driven humans who are ready to speak and influence with integrity — together.

Because gathering IRL isn’t just a vibe…
It’s The Shift.

It’s how we dismantle isolation, re-humanise our movements, and remember that culture changes when we do — side by side, in real time.

If you’re feeling the pull, comment 🌊 or DM me the word RISING.

Let’s rise — together.

When you speak from aliveness you shift the conversation completely!

> from performance to presence
> from transactional to relational
> from seeking validation to inviting connection

This simple shift when networking and answering the dreaded ‘what do you do’ sparks genuine interest.

Answer a WHAT with. WHY!

You’re ready to speak from a different place.

Intuitive
Embodied
Aligned
Awakened
Ensouled
Empathetic

All this not to have power over anyone, but to have influence with a deep integrity and care for our collective future.

I see you. And I thank you for all that you are already doing.

Let me show you how to shift your speaking from a place of pushing to be heard, to allowing your self to be felt.

Your voice.
Your way.
For us all.

Let’s talk about hard things

We really need to be able to talk about Hard things.

👉 Things like climate change, social justice, war, racism, money, politics (although everything is politics).

The BIG stuff! 😬

It’s been a hard time — both on home soil and around the world. Full of hard feelings that can be overwhelming, having to make hard decisions in order to stay aligned with your values. Having to bite your tongue again because it’s never the right time to discuss it.

It’s at challenging times like this that we often shy away from hard conversations for fear of falling out with loved ones, losing our jobs, receiving a backlash online.

And yet, it is often by leaning into these tender conversations about our most devisive and triggering collective themes that help us move through them, and feel less overwhelmed overall.

I’m not talking about active conflicts.
👥 I’m talking about raising conversations with that friend who often says subtly racist things,
👥 your dad who can be surprisingly misogynistic on the down-low,
👥 the mate who takes more flights than a flight attendant,
👥 or the colleague investing in new deep sea oil drilling.

Yes - Societal change is achieved by campaigning and policy change.

Change is also achieved by having all the seemingly inconsequential conversation in everyday life. 👂🏽Conversations that help us better understand why we think what we each think. 🫂Conversations that lead to generative and connected dialogue - that actually connects us rather than separates us further.

I truly believe that we all need this skill now more than ever!

If you want to be able to talk about our most tender and important collective themes then come join me to learn how ⤵️⤵️⤵️

The line in the sand

We’re at the tipping point.
The waiting is over.

Moral ambiguity is a thing of the past.
We know what we stand for.

We’re ready for a moral clarity
That acts like a compass.

The beat of a drum getting louder and louder.
As we each take a stand for a world that is kinder.

This isn’t a nice-to-have
It’s a need in the collective.

This isn’t even activism
It a reshaping of our humanity.

We’re embarking on the biggest inside job
We’re ever going do.

As we remember how to care
For the many not the few.

This is how I coped with the grief.

I remember the first time I saw d3ad bod13s on the front page of newspapers.

For me, it was at the beginning of the Iraq war in 2003.

I walked into a shop and there on the shelves were d3@d and bloody bodies.

In plain sight.

The experience was so shocking to my nervous system, I completely stopped breathing. I felt like I had been punched in the stomach, and my heart experienced a snap like breaking.

The experience was so overwhelming, that I stopped listening to the news or looking at newspapers for over a year.

I disengaged.
I looked away.
I distracted myself.

But the experience never left me.

Now the d3ad b0d13s are in the middle of my feed on Instagram. Between my friends and my inspiration.

Now it is even worse.
The babies. The children.

I still stop breathing, I still feel punched in the gut, and I still feel my heart break.

But this time I am better equipped.
This time I can hold the shock and grief.
This time I can re-ground myself.
This time, I can stay present with the feelings.
This time I talk about it with others.
This time I find my voice and use it.

We simply must keep talking about it.
Anything else is a handing over of our humanity, and a blurring of our moral clarity.

Do not let this g3n0c1dee take your voice.
Let it help you find it.

Every conversation you have has the potential to awaken a different understanding, nurture hope, inspire community action.

The path through a harmful system collapsing is community collaboration, mutual aid and support, and kindness as currency.

Keep meeting.
Keep talking.
Keep sharing.
Keep supporting.

It’s working!
