If you want to build bigger forearms, you got to train the extensors, flexors, pronated supine and the bracket radials. Let me show you how to target these forearm muscles. Behind-the-back dumbbell wrist curls. Reverse grip concentration curls. Convert a D-handle to a sports handle and perform cable forearm pronation. Then perform cable forearm supination. Finish off with supported cable.
