"🚀 Kickstart Your Career in Social Care – Fully Online!
Are you aged 18–25, based in North West London, and currently not in education, employment, or training?
This is your opportunity to gain valuable experience and build confidence for a future in social care.
💻 Virtual Social Care Work Experience
✅ 100% online (via Microsoft Teams / Zoom)
✅ 6 interactive sessions (2 hours a day, 10:00–12:00)
✅ Certificate of Attendance
✅ CV support & interview preparation
🗓 Your 6‑Day Journey:
🔹 Days 1–2: Introduction & insights from social care professionals
🔹 Days 3–4: Realistic care simulations (including dementia, nutrition & daily support)
🔹 Days 5–6: Employability skills, interview practice & certification

This Volunteers’ Week, we are proud to recognise and celebrate the incredible contribution of volunteers who make a real difference across our communities every single day.
In partnership with Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL), and Social Interest Group, we are shining a light on the time, compassion and dedication that volunteers bring to health and social care services across North West London.
From supporting patients and service users, to helping teams deliver more personalised care, volunteers play a vital role in strengthening our services and improving experiences for those who need them most. Their commitment not only enhances care, but also helps build more connected, resilient and inclusive communities.
