Bright Light Education Bright Light Education is a children's education business based in London and supporting primary and secondary children all over the world.

We offer English and 11+ preparation courses, 1:1 tutoring, book clubs, educational books, webinars and more. Bright Light Education is an education business based in London, but supporting primary and secondary children all over the world. We offer a range of products and services to individual families, schools and tutors:

1) We run Bright Light Education Courses. Courses include Comprehension Courses, Creative Writing Courses and 11+ Preparation Courses.

2) We run a Tutor Referral Agency in which Bright Light Education acts as agents on behalf of a tutor and introduces a tutor to a client. This service is for clients looking for 1:1 tutoring.

3) We work with schools to run after-school clubs as well as offering CPD webinars.

4) We have published a range of educational books, including Bright Light Phonics, Creative Writing Skills, Imagine If and 11+ Interview Preparation. 🏆 What. A. Night. 🏆

We’re absolutely thrilled to share that Bright Light Education were named WINNERS at the National Tutoring Awards 2026 for ‘Educational Resources for Tuition’ and were also Highly Commended for ‘Private Tutoring Provider 2026’! ✨

We had such a wonderful evening yesterday celebrating. It was fantastic to celebrate alongside so many inspiring individuals and organisations who are making such a positive impact on children’s education. We loved catching up with familiar faces, making new connections and celebrating the incredible work happening across the tutoring profession.
To receive national recognition for both our educational resources and our tuition services means the world to us. From our award-winning books and online courses to our one-to-one tuition, book clubs and partnerships with schools, everything we create is driven by one goal: helping children develop confidence, enjoy learning and achieve their full potential.

These awards simply wouldn’t be possible without our incredible team of qualified teachers, the wonderful children and families who put their trust in us, our school partners, and everyone who has supported Bright Light Education over the years. Thank you, you are all part of this achievement.

Yesterday at the London Kid's Lit Festival, I had the absolute joy of meeting the utterly incredible Michael Rosen and MC Grammar 🤩

To be alongside two people who have inspired so many children to discover the magic of books, poetry, language and creativity is a real privilege and it was a moment that will last a lifetime 💛

Times like this make us more determined than ever to help children discover their love of reading and writing. So grateful for London Kid's Lit Festival for organising such a wonderful event. We can't wait for day 2!

WE’RE GOING TO PRINT!!! 🎉✨📚

We’re buzzing with excitement as we watch our ‘Imagine If’ diaries getting printed and boxed up ready to send to schools. There is still time to put in an order for September, so don’t hesitate to drop us a DM if you’re a teacher and would like a sample - or if you’re ready to place an order! The diaries can be used in so many ways, making them a wonderful addition to your Key Stage 2 class routine:

✨On the left hand side, your students can can jot down important events in their week; things to remember to bring to school; notes about what their reading etc. Many schools use this part as their reading record.

✨On the right hand side, your students have the chance to let their imaginations run wild with a short piece of fun creative writing. What if the school was invaded by any army of frogs? What if a wizard appeared at the door? These tasks could be set for homework, as a morning activity, or at the end of an English lesson.

Each book is just £1.40 (plus VAT) and there are enough weeks to cover the academic year ✨
