Really excited to have had offer accepted on this 4 bedroom town house.
Great thing about this one is it comes with options. We could pretty easily turn it into a 4 bed all ensuite HMO as it’s right next to a big area of demand for this. But to keep things simple, we’re going to be adding this to the Trade Stays inventory and offering it to the travel for work market under the management of our management business CCJN Homes.

Super proud of my team at for their work on this, our latest launch in Woolwich, London. This is a fully managed Serviced apartment that we provided full design, setup and staging services for. It launches today with us in charge of every aspect of the management so the owners can have the SA income without any of the hassle in combination with the booking team driving that occupancy up.

A whole week spent with my top level clients mixing work with pleasure to make sure they’re fully set up for the best year in business they’ve ever had in 2024.
We didn’t leave a single stone unturned when examining their businesses. Everything was considered from their mindset to the sourcing strategies, to how they market their properties to the system and processes in place to make their business hyper scalable.

How to change your life FAST by changing your environment & How it helped me grow my property business to 7-figures.
When I reflect back to starting out with my property business vs where I am now, I always try to learn a new thing or two by observing it objectively.
Cause I used to be an entirely different person in February 2016, back when I started with entrepreneurship.
At the time I thought the best way for me to be successful in life was to climb the corporate ladder and eventually…maybe… one day… if I worked hard enough, and made enough sacrifices - get to the top of a big company.
When you spend most of your time in an environment where you’re uninspired by what you’re doing on a day to day basis, like a grey office away from home for several days a week you form bad habbits.
All I did was waste time all day at work, binge watch Netflix in the evenings and stay at home cause I’d be afraid of what people would think of me.
So..
Then when I started my property business, I started something new, but in the same environment try to run it alongside my job.
EVERY single time I tried to find my first property deal I’d get sucked back into the above habits and stop believing in myself and I lost so many deals.
I just couldn’t figure out why as I didn’t have the awareness of how huge of a role your environment actually is.
Essentially most people I speak with and including myself, try to change as a person entirely ( routine, habit, interest wise etc. ) in the same environment we’ve been our ‘’old-selves'’ in for years or decades.
This is the most common form of self-sabotage which occurs automatically, where will-power just doesn’t cut it, no matter how hard you try..
Once I started reflecting back on what contributed massively to my transformation, changing my environment was a huge one.
April 2016 I joined a mentorship program and started surrounding myself with other people all on the same journey and that’s where I attribute most towards my growth, by changing my environment.
If you’re an entrepreneur, changing your environment and the people around you while trying to become your ‘’new-self’’ is huge.
You don’t have to go to a different country, you can simply start by paying attention to where you’re working and who you’re spending time with.
Are they lifting you up in life and helping you to drive forwards, or do they try to drag you back down to earth and crush your dreams?
If you find you’re uninspired by your environment, find somewhere else to work.
If you find yourself surrounded by people who don’t support your ambitions, find other people to hang out with. People who have got your back and encourage you instead of telling you to settle.
