Good Morning Yogis and Happy Sunday!! 🥳
I have a community yoga class starting next week each Sunday at Canary Wall Climbing Centre - located right below Westferry DLR 🚂
For anyone new to yoga this might be a great opportunity to start as they will be fairly small group classes to get more attention on your personal practice and what works for your body.
I am excited to share my unique teaching style and my love for yoga and mindfulness with you all in this 1hr session each Sunday at 7PM 🧘🏽♀️
