The workshop focused on the "Essential Skills for the Future of Work" held in Muscat was a huge success. Participated by students and experts, the workshop discussed the strategies and actions to develop soft employment skills, critical thinking, and problem analysis in preparation for the local and global job market. The workshop was coordinated under the patronage of Fadhil Sulaiman Al Harthi, CEO of Oman Arab Bank and Member of College of Banking and Financial Studies Board, in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation and GBAC United Kingdom.

The workshop featured a GBAC Young Leader Award contest, participated by students from 7 higher education institutions in Muscat.

The winners were felicitated with a Gold award – Modern College, Muscat (https://www.mcbs.edu.om/)
