Has anyone ever wanted to try mindfulness with their little one but didn't know where to start?
I'm thinking of running a fun Saturday morning Mindflow session in Bexley and would love to know if there's any interest!
Parent & Child — ages 3 to 5
A playful, feel good session where you and your little one move, breathe and have fun together. Expect laughter, movement and maybe a few animal sounds!
Children's session — ages 5 to 7
A fun, calming session helping children build confidence and manage their feelings through movement, mindfulness and positive affirmations.
No experience needed — just come as you are!
This is still in the planning stages — just want to see if there's any interest first!

I haven't posted in a while, so let me reintroduce myself. I'm Nekeshia, and I run Happy Little Humans in South East London. I support children aged 3–18 with mindfulness, confidence and emotional wellbeing — helping them manage big feelings, anxiety, and feel a bit more like themselves. It's built around something called OTTERLY. I believe every child has something magic in them. Sometimes they just need a little help finding it.

Sometimes the simplest activities can be the most calming for little ones.
Colouring, chatting and sitting together can help children slow down, express their feelings and feel connected.
Today’s little reminder: you don’t need anything complicated to create a mindful moment with your child. A few crayons, a piece of paper and a few minutes together can make a big difference.
