This Past Week…

Well as you can see, I made a new friend.

He has no tail and crazy different coloured eyes,

One is green like a lizard or some alien but apart from looking like a demon, he seems friendly and lives on the next street so this saves me buying a cat 🤣

Had an amazing call with my clients on Thursday, delivering more gems so they get results easier than ever before

Had a massive walk around the city Saturday…

Down through Regeant St, past Buckingham palace, through the park past Big Ben,

over the bridge then right along to the mi6 building, across the river again then over to Hammersmith for a Ribeye steak🥰

Oh and my new sneakers got delivered ❤️

I’m so looking forward to Miami, I miss the ocean. 7 weeks 🙂 prepare yourself for the absolute spamming you’re gonna get in October 🤣 sunsets, sunrises, beach, ocean, and me being more tanned

I’ll drop a body change post next Monday with my progress.👊🏻

🎻 Meet Laura.

I think this was the day my looks started fading 😅😭

Probably the last time I played the drums.
Fashion hasn’t improved much.
Haircut maybe slightly better.
Definitely peaked in the looks department at age 4.

Maybe that photo was taken just before I found out about bills, responsibilities, and all the other bo****ks life throws at you.

Funny looking back at old pics.
You’ve got no idea what’s coming.
No clue what you’ll go through, what you’ll feel, what you’ll become.
You don’t know you’ll spend years using alcohol just to feel comfortable in social settings.
You don’t know you’ll hit a point where you quit it for good.

You haven’t felt the real lows yet — or the highs either.
You’ve not had the heartbreaks, the wins, the anxiety, the breakthroughs.
And you’ve definitely not realised yet that you’ll end up doing a job that helps people feel better in their bodies… better in their lives.

That you’ll be the reason someone finally wears a bikini without panic.
Or looks in the mirror without cringing.
Or has s*x with the lights on for the first time in 10 years.

Still wild to me.

And I know I’ve still got work to do.
In life, in growth, in creating more impact.
But that’s the mission.
Keep getting better. Keep leaning into the scary stuff.
Keep showing up for the people who need it — and for myself too.

You think you have a weight problem?

It’s actually a health problem.
A lower strength-to-weight ratio problem.
An energy problem - because it’s harder to move with extra body fat.

A weakness problem - you’re too tired to work out or to train properly.
A role model problem - because everyone watching sees what you do… or don’t do.
They see how you respect your own boundaries, or how you don’t.


People see you pinch at your belly in the mirror.
They notice you’re never in the photo.
They notice you always wear black.
They notice you always cancel.

But you still think it’s just a weight problem?
Your bone density is lower
Your strength is down.
As you age, life gets more dangerous.
Your balance is worse.
Your bones break easier.
Your independence will go sooner.


Intimacy. Socialising. Holidays.
They’re already uncomfortable — and it’ll only get worse if nothing changes.


You think it’s just a weight problem…
But you don’t enjoy shopping.
You avoid socialising.
You avoid photos — or delete them.
You tell yourself you’re having fun — but you’re constantly thinking about how you look and comparing to others

You’re not wearing what you want — just what covers you up.

I’ll admit it… Sydney’s genes are pretty good.
Almost as good as mine.
(I kid. Hers are probably the gold standard, and I’ve tagged her, so Syd, DM me, let’s chat.🤣)

Anyway, let’s talk about your “genes.”
Because I hear this all the time:

🧬 “It’s just my genetics.”
🧬 “I’ve always had a slow metabolism.”
🧬 “I think its my hormones”

Let me tell you — f**k the gene chat.

I’ve been doing this over 20 years.
And not once — not one single time — have I seen someone lose weight, change shape, get stronger, have more energy, feel more confident in their clothes…
…because of “good genes.”

The women who get results?
They’re not genetically blessed.
They’re behaviorally consistent.

They walk more.
They eat with a bit more intention.
They lift properly — not just faffing about with pink dumbbells.
They recover better.
They build habits that stick — even when life’s chaos.

And guess what?

They’ve got busy jobs.
They’ve got kids.
They’ve got stress, hormones, cravings, and moments where they fall off track.
Just like you.

But they decided to change the behaviours that caused the weight gain...the behaviours that kept them stuck in low energy, low confidence, and clothes they avoid wearing.

This has never been about your bloody genes.
It’s about your daily choices.

“It’s soooooo obsessive”..OR is that just bulls**t?

Let me ask you this:
Would you buy anything without knowing the price?
Didn’t think so.

But every day, people eat without tracking a single thing —
No idea how many calories, no clue on protein, fat, or carbs —
Then wonder why they’re not seeing results.

Look, if you’ve had an eating disorder, tracking might not be for you.
But if you’re just stuck, frustrated, and tired of spinning your wheels?

Tracking gives you clarity. Control. Data you can actually use.

Think of it like this:

You walk into a supermarket.
No prices on anything.
You fill your basket, tap your card — and later find out you’ve massively overspent.

Blueberries? £20.
Steak? £40.
Toilet roll? £35.
You’d be furious.

But that’s exactly what happens when you don’t track your food.
You overspend on calories — day after day, month after month.
And the weight piles on.

Tracking isn’t obsessive.
It’s smart.
It’s the difference between progress and disappointment.

Stop guessing. Start knowing.
That’s how you finally get results.

Rhi didn’t think my program would work.

She’d been burned before.

Slimming World. Shakes. 6 workouts a week..
Coaches who gave her generic plans and disappeared when she struggled.

So yeah, she had doubts:
❌ “What if I can’t stick to it?”
❌ “What if I mess it up again?”
❌ “Why would this be any different?”

But what was the alternative?

→ Keep feeling like a stranger in her own body
→ Avoid mirrors, photos, holidays, even s*x
→ Wear the same three outfits on rotation because nothing else fits, (And take 2hrs to choose an outfit)
→ Pretend she’s fine to her kids, when in fact she was snappy, and running on fumes
→ Keep saying “I’ll start Monday” while secretly thinking: “Maybe this is just how it is now over 40”

One day she cracked.
Not because she felt ready — but because she was done.
