Society Blurb

The Islamic Ethics and Jurisprudence Society (IEJS) aims to provide an academic platform for students of law to discuss general topics related to Islamic law, modern legal issues, and classical legal theories. Events will include round-table student discussions and a series of faculty-led dialogues and debates. IEJS seeks to foster relationships between students and legal scholars by sharing current research in various areas of Islamic ethics and jurisprudence that examine key legal issues.
