We all have six human needs (Tony Robbins).

One is SIGNIFICANCE.

Rewards don't have to be monetary.

One of my oldest (he's not that old) Dave Wright was brilliant at handing out recognition when it was due.

Sometimes a "Well done" on the phone can make a member of your team feel like a million bucks.

That little voice in my head saying 'who are you to go for that?'.

Surround yourself with the dreamers.

I'm all for living realism-if your finances are a mess you can't abracadabra out of that s**t.

But you must dream big and plant seeds for a better tomorrow.

Did you know: Christopher Reeve told a teacher when he was a child that when he grew up he was going to be Superman. (At the time the black and white versions of Superman were taking the world by storm).

His teachers reply: 'Wouldn't you be better going for something a little more realistic'.

The rest is history.
