I have founded Aditya Yoga School with the desire to trasmit the Ancient Teachings of Yoga and to make them relevant to our Contemporary Living. The School is the meeting point of many ” inspiring rivers” that have fed my personal practice as a yogini over the last twenty five years. In the eighties i’ve learned pranayama, yogic and ayurvedic ethics and lifestyle, philosophy, concentration and meditation techniques directly from my mum and her partner, an indian teacher and advanced yogi that had lived in the Shivananda ashram in his youth. In the nineties i’ve spent extensive periods of time in Swami Kriyananda’s villages in Italy and California. From that experience and Swami i ‘ve learned Karma Yoga ( selfless service) , Bhakti ( devotion), more on yogic lifestyle and philosophy and most important other techniques of pranayama , visualisation and meditation that go under the name of Kriya Yoga. That experience has also taught me the importance of the Sangha Community or as Swami would say ” Many hands make a Miracle!” and there i have felt the power of what we today call “Heart Synchopation” and “Heart Field Coherence” . Finally in 2003 i ‘ve met another important teacher that has shaped me into who i’m today: Shiva Rea. Shiva is an incredibly inspiring and loving yogini fire-keeper, creator of Prana Flow – Energetic Vinyasa, a branch of modern Yoga that stems from Krishnamacharya and integrates the Ta***ic roots of Hatha Yoga with Ayurveda, Bhakti and Somatics. What an alignment;
BELTANE. FULL MOON , FLOWER MOON in Scorpio ♏️, WESAK - Buddha’s birthday today !

Fecundity is expressed at this time of year as the extremely beautiful orchestration of Nature blossoms! Plants are not all giving out their beauty at once, it is like a perfect symphony, so that the impermanence of this very brief moment in time may last longer, for our enjoyment.

Flowers as expression of a plant’s highest potential . Not solely for aesthetic reasons, but for the culmination of a plant life cycle.

We are mid point between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice, today Summer starts.
So equally something within has now blossomed and for this reason it’s a time to reflect and acknowledge, share and celebrate.

A time to come together, sharing Abundance as good food and soul conversations!

I have just returned from a truly fantastic 5 days in France 🇫🇷 of friendship, collaboration, soul connection and intensive immersion with 23 yoginis exploring L’énergie et le Vinyasa du Printemps !!

Deep heartfelt thanks to the most wonderful human, friend, teacher, mother , estatic dancer for hosting me studio en Marseille.
For her brilliant and impeccable organisation over the weekend and for her inspiring hang pan music and sound bath, for the translation, for the delicious food we shared, her hospitality and all the beautiful places we managed to visit, plus an estatic dance led by her and her partner Laurent dj. What a beautiful 🤩 time I always have with you.

We offered four long sessions, masterclasses, on Garuda , le feu 🔥 sacrée, l’énergie Solaire et le cœur physique et spirituelle.

Full house ! Heart full

HAPPY CHAITRA POORNIMA -HANUMAN JAYANTI , 2nd Birthday of Hanuman ( his Spiritual Birthday)

CHAITRA POORNIMA is the Full Moon of the month of CHAITRA ( Spring, March -April ) a time when both Vishnu and Hanuman are honoured .

Hanuman is an embodiment of the perfect BHAKTA -devotee of Lord Vishnu .

You might know him as monkey god devoted to Rama ( one of the ten avatars of Lord Vishnu ) .

He is the embodiment of Courage, Strength and Inner Power that we can tap into when we reconnect with our forgotten divine nature.

Born of Anjaneya and Lord Vayu he has incommensurabile powers yet he has lost his memory of those immense powers so that they cannot be misused!

Hanuman reminds us of our incredible potential that we can access only when bridging our human nature to our divine heritage. The way for Hanuman to remember about his incommensurable power is only through SHRADDA -FAITH.

We are now been called to Love in Action!

I feel extremely blessed to be able to continue my lifetime journey on this path of studies , research and practice of SANATANA DHARMA! Yoga in fact cannot be actively disassociated from Sanatan Dharma

grateful to the philosophy, culture, geography, and the combined penance of hundreds of saints and sages, all of which enabled Yoga to reach our modern shores!

Here with beloved ! Prolific artist and teacher of Dharma and Yantra Painting.

Yoga as a TRADITION can only be carried forward by all the living loving humans that have a connection with its spiritual roots and depth of wisdom.
They are living books
The teachings literally pour from them

As a TRANSMISDION Yoga is an Energetic path of Initiation and Inspiration that is made possible by the Law of Resonance.
Although tuning to someone’s frequency remotely it’s possible, it is an advanced practice.

The benefits of A Transmission are amplified by being in each other’s PRESENCE!

The Power is within indeed, we don’t need to glorify any gurus. And this is not the intent of this post I’m sharing
the main Temple is our Heart, at home with our beloved ones.

When we make pilgrimages to visit the Sacred Temples and spend time with those who inspire and enliven us we do it for its vibrational impact and for respect to this tradition that spans millennia and travelled across multiple continents to reach us.

SPRING is IN FULL BLOOM 🌸💐💖 NAVARATRI DAY 7 -KAALRATRI to find Light in Darkness -7th Chakra

Each day of the Nine nights of Goddess Festival, represents an important lesson.

celebrated in India 🇮🇳 at seasonal turning points, These nine nights and nine days are a symbolic way of realigning ourselves with the Currents and Intelligence of Mother Nature.

Today KAALRATRI is a liminal Goddess as she stands at the liminal threshold between the Crown centre /Fontanelle and the BEYOND.

Today’s lesson is about : finding Light and Lightness of the Spirit in Darkness.
Oh how relevant in these intense times.

Spring Energy rises from the darkness , the underground current cracks the crust of the EARTH , emerges timidly and it keeps rising up into the Light of the Sun 🌞

Can we mirror this current in our lives as we speak?

keeping the HEART 💓 open it’s a matter of practice
Looking all around we find that uplifting
Current in Nature’s Kingdom.

CHIDAMBARAM, Pancha Bhutam Sthalam temple 🛕 dedicated to Shiva Nataraja, the cosmic dancer and the element AKASHA /ETHER

Possibly the highest experience I had on our recent trip to India.

We stepped into another timeline
Time out of time

Arrived at sunrise with the Light of Surya auspiciously ushering our entrance through the EAST /RAJA GOPURAM ( tge deciretared multi storey towers that characterise this temple complex.

After encountering the sacred cow GAU , we have stepped into a multilayered sound ceremony ongoing inside the inner sanctum ( where it’s strictly prohibited to even hold your phone in your hands)

We were wrapped in sacred sound and enveloped in ceremonial

rituals include abhishekam for the Spatika Lingam ( ablution of Shiva Lingam) which is believed to be a part of the moon on Shiva’s head.

The temple itself is a marvel, featuring a roof with 21,600 gold sheets, representing the number of breaths a human takes in a day, and 72,000 gold nails, symbolizing the nerves in the human body.

The sound of a huge golden bell, smaller bells, the conch, the drum and Vedic chants was all pervasive and reverberating powerfully throughout the pillared temple structure.

The sanctum sanctorum houses the main idol and the Chitsabha, where the Chidambara Rahasyam—symbolizing the formless space of consciousness—is worshipped.

I’ve joined this community less than a year ago and I’ve immediately felt home and found a sanctuary of immeasurable value. Immersed in a beautiful corniche

Celebrating this milestone and big achievement of the wonderful Bhuti mama samatrinder and her outstanding team of teachers and facilitators ( which I’ve the privilege of being part) means recognising that our consistency , passion and purity of Intentions matter !

Bhuti is more than a hub for wellness.
Bhuti is a place where Nature is a direct part of the experience. Soul healing, our true Nature

Immersed, not disconnected . A soul centred multi sensorial and multi faceted experience .

A sense of Community that emerges from our shared vision, harmony with the surroundings, where humanness is felt, friendships can thrive , one can just simply be and feel nourished and supported. Love and joy here are always palpable and permeate the fabric of this place.

Brava 👏🏻 for manifesting , creating and sustaining this vision! And to many more decades of thriving joyful community.

To CLARIFY and SHARPEN our vision as we are now into the last remnants of the serpent ready to dive deeply into the horse liberating energy!

Thank you all dear friends for sharing the day together.
We: started w herbal tea, meditation, creative journalling, spiral 🌀 movement to open the joint, asanas and partner work and blissful shavasana in our morning session.

After lunch and social we gathered again and shared a special journey while we were held in the sacred cocoon of sound woven by our beloved Hannah and retrieved some important piece of information that we shared while vision journalling /boarding all together!

We left absolutely elated!
Thank you all for travelling to be together!

Community is at the heart of our lives and today you were the living fabric of this colourful and vibrant tapestry , bringing your very unique thread to this intricate joyful connection.

The memory of these events are an extraordinary treasure. To more Joy shared soon
