Now the school year has come to an end, we are wishing Mrs Owens a very happy retirement.
Those of you who know Diane will know just how remarkable she has been throughout her 29 years at Hedgewood. Starting out as a Teaching Assistant and leaving as a Deputy Head, Diane has dedicated her career to improving the lives of countless children and supporting generations of staff.
In recent years, Diane has been using her knowledge and expertise to train and support mainstream schools across Hillingdon. This has been essential work to ensure more children with additional needs receive the understanding, support and opportunities they deserve.
Her kindness, unwavering commitment and passion for ensuring every child reaches their potential have left a lasting legacy. She has been a mentor, a leader, a friend and an inspiration to so many.
Thank you, Diane, for everything you have given to Hedgewood over the past 29 years. We are incredibly grateful for your dedication and the difference you have made to our community.
We wish you a long, happy and well-deserved retirement filled with new adventures, special memories and plenty of time to enjoy the things you love. You will always be part of the Hedgewood family 🦔 ❤️
