Suitable for beginners & intermediate students with relevant progressions and regressions.

Our coaches and I specialize in private tuition and small, intimate classes to provide our students with the highest level of attention, ensuring they grow in a safe environment.

- Aerial Straps Small Group Classes: Tuesday & Thursday, 18:15-20:00
- Handstand Small Group Class: Wednesday, 18:15-20:00
- Handstand & Aerial Straps 1-1 and 2-1 Coaching
- Personal Training 1-1
- Straps & Handstand Week-Long Intensives: Small Groups, 12-4pm Monday to Friday
