Feeling like you’re the problem?

So before we try to dismantle your coping mechanisms -the people pleasing, scrolling, snacking, procrastinating - let’s just say thank you to those because they helped you survive. Be thankful they did but let’s take a look at the load they’ve been carrying.

because the overwhelm, the anxiety, the anger, the avoidance - they aren’t the problem, they are the wrning signals your nervous system is sending you that it doesn’t feel safe.

So we don’t turn off the alarm we check to see what keeps setting it off.

So many women spend years carrying too much.

Too much pressure.
Too much responsibility.
