Celebrating Excellence in Leadership and Outcomes in Education! As part of our Headteacher Andi Silvains being named Silver Award winner for Headteacher of the Year (Primary) in the 2026 PearsonNationalTeachingAwards, this week she attended a celebratory reception with other winners from the UK who are likeminded, constantly innovating, community building and leading with compassion and care. It was a wonderful event that reminds us all that educators are truly at the heart of shaping the next generation. We couldn’t be prouder of Andi and our community! Have you heard the news?

Our wonderful Headteacher, Andi Silvain, has been named Silver Award winner for Headteacher of the Year (Primary) at the 2026 National Teaching Awards!

Reflecting on this well-deserved recognition, Andi shared with :

“None of us gets into teaching for recognition, so when you do get it, it means so much. You do things, and you don't even think the children notice, but when they say they remember me joining in lessons or comforting them when they're sad – those are the things that matter to them. The fact that our children feel seen and valued in this school... that's all I've ever wanted.” “I never even thought I'd make it to be a headteacher, let alone win an award like this. I was
blown away and overwhelmed. It might take me a few days to process it all.”

Andi’s leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to our community have helped shape our school into a place where every child feels supported, valued, and inspired.

We’re delighted to share that our School 360 Headteacher Andi has been named a Silver Winner of the Pearson National Teaching Awards for Headteacher of the Year! Congratulations on this well-deserved achievement! . We had an exciting morning celebrating all of our amazing teachers and staff with our whole community, including an original song from our talented students and there wasn't a dry eye by the end! School 360 Values in Action ✨At School 360, everything we do is shaped by our five core values: joy,
responsibility, curiosity, courage and kindness. These values are at the heart of how we teach, learn and grow together every day. Last week, our Year 3 children had an experience that brought two of those values –
curiosity and joy – to life in the most spectacular way. As part of their preparation for the upcoming School 360 concert, they were lucky enough to visit nearby ABBA
Voyage! Their ABBA Day was a creative whirlwind: the children redesigned iconic album covers, reimagined song lyrics with their own brilliant ideas and even investigated how to create holograms! But the magic didn’t stop there. After the Wednesday concert, 10 of our Year 3 children were invited to stay for an exclusive Q&A session,
hosted by TV’s Vernon Kay, where they had the chance to ask Benny and Anni- Frid from ABBA questions. The session ended with a singalong, as Benny sat at the piano and played the children’s requests! We couldn't be prouder of these curious, joyful children. Something tells us the School 360 concert is going to be very special indeed!
