Practicing Self-compassion is like giving yourself a big hug 🤗
💥 We all have tough days when we feel down about ourselvs, when doubt creeps in, when we feel that we can do more, be more and we beat ourselvs that we are not there yet...and it is easy to be our own worst critic.
💥 But self-compassion means being kind and understanding to ourselves, especially in those moments.
Here are 3 simple ways to introduce self-compassion into your daily life. 🙌
1️⃣ Talk to yourself like you would with a loved one
-> When you go through a difficult time, instead of being harsh, try saying something kind like :
♡ It's OK, everyone has difficult times and I will overcome this ♡
2️⃣ Practice mindful moments.
-> Take a few deep breaths and check in with how you're feeling. Acknowledge your emotions without judgment - just let them be.
3️⃣ Write a kind note to yourself.
-> Write down a few things you appreciate about yourself or remind yourself of your strengths. You can put these notes in a jar and read them whenever you need them.

Self-Worth: A Journey from Low to Strong

• I was losing my identity.
• I didn't know who I was anymore.
• And if that was not enough, I felt that I was not even worth it to be on this planet.
• That is extreme, I know.
• But you see, feeling that you are not worthy can be as deep as that or you might feel that you are not worthy of love, a better job, beautiful holidays or a nice car.
• Maybe you feel that you are not worthy to have friends.
• And I can tell you - you are worthy.
• But watching this video, just hearing that will not cause much change.

Do you lack confidence ?
So many women say that they don't feel confident...
Confidence is not a feeling...
Confidence is an action, is the willingness to try.
6, 7 years ago, I did not have the confidence to leave the unhealthy relationship I was in. It was a 9 years relationship, and I was not confident in my ability to be alone, I was not confident that I had what it takes to just pack my bag and leave...
But guess what, I was willing to try... and I did.
It was one of the best decisions I ever took in my life.
I packed one luggage and I moved alone from Romania to England. I had no clue what I was going to do, but I had the willingness to try and start over.
And now, well, now I have the best partner that not even in my wildest dreams I thought would be possible. A man who respects me, who loves me deeply, who puts me and my needs first. The man I want to spend the rest of my life with.
I have built up a career, which later on I gave up, and now, I am a coach, empowering women to thrive, to be confident, and to live the life they dream of .
Only when you will understand that confidence is not a feeling... will you take the action needed to build your confidence.
It took me years to understand that and to become the confident woman that I am today.

They are all connected, and as a coach at times it comes natural to just focus on thoughts patterns and such but what do I do ?
I take each person as a whole.
We don't just work on the brain but also take in consideration the heart and the body.
I have discovered that by doing so, the success rate is so much higher.
And I don't want my clients to just have a result in one area of they life. I want their overall life to become better.
I want them to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
I want them to become unbreakable

The biggest lesson I’ve learned on my journey to independence is this:
I had within me everything I needed all along.
Changing my mindset wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. It was and still is very challenging, and at times, it took a lot of effort and conscious decisions that I had to take every single day.
I transformed from a woman who felt powerless and invisible to one who walks confidently, sets healthy boundaries, and thrives in a healthy relationship.
My new mindset wasn’t just a small change—it was a game-changer.
And is not just about mindset, is about habits and behaviour that I had to work on and make the necessary changes.
But in order for any change to happen in our lives, we first need to be avear that we go down the wrong path.
We need to gain clarity about what it is that we want and then make a plan on how to get what we want.

Do you know that feeling when just the simple fact that you took a shower today seems like an accomplishment?
Do you know that feeling when you want to get out of your own head, but you can't seem to be able to do so ?
Do you know that feeling of being small, insignificant, and that you don't matter?
Yah.. I know them all too well. I have been there.
I have walked that walk where everyone around you seems to do so well while you feel like you are drowning.
I know how it feels to believe you are powerless, dependent, and with no confidence.
Not anymore.
Today, I am the woman who will stand up for herself, I am the woman who has healthy boundaries in place, I am the woman who is confident in herself.
I am THRIVING
And I wish all women on this earth could feel unbreakable.
