Holly is an illustrator and muralist based in Dublin. Her work spans a wide range of disciplines, from commercial illustration to large-scale murals, lettering design for music videos and protest artwork. She loves lettering and the interplay between text and image. She has a degree in Fine Art from NCAD (2004), and a National Diploma in Animation from BCFE (2015).

As well as commercial illustration, her mural work can be found on walls all over Ireland, as well as such far-flung places like Serbia and Sardinia.

She is a proud member of The Minaw Collective, an all-female street art collective based in Ireland.

She also co-presents This is Art Club!, as a show for young people for Ireland’s national broadcaster, RTE.

Discover the joys of illustrated typography. More than the sum of its parts, illustrated typography explores the visual and semantic possibilities of combining words and images.

This workshop will cover lettering basics, how to combine text and image in an imaginative and meaningful way, and culminate in designing a final piece of your choice.
