Year 3 delivered a truly memorable and inspiring assembly celebrating Lord Nirshamadev. The children amazed everyone with their confidence, enthusiasm and deep understanding of the story they shared. Through their expressive acting, clear narration and joyful singing, they brought the virtues of courage, faith and goodness to life.

We are incredibly proud of Year 3 for their fantastic effort and for representing the school with such pride and positivity. Well done to all the children for such a wonderful achievement! 👏

Year 6 enjoyed a very informative visit from a member of staff from Transport for London, who came in to talk to the children about staying safe while travelling on the Underground and how to plan journeys confidently. Pupils learned about platform safety, travelling responsibly especially when riding a bike, and what to do in different situations while using public transport. The session was engaging and the children asked some thoughtful questions too. It was a valuable experience that will help support their growing independence as they prepare for secondary school.
 

Police and Fire service visit to EYFS
The children in EYFS were very excited to have a visit from both the Police and Fire Service as part of their topic this half term ‘People who help us’. The children were able to try out the police hats and holding the shield and asked some questions to find out more information. They took great delight when Ms Walker was put in handcuffs….her crime : teaching phonics!!!!!
They listened well to the fireman as they talked about what they do help us, showed us their uniform and we counted to see how quick they get ready to help in an emergency. They enjoyed having a sit in the fire engine and asked question to find out how the equipment works.

Their resilience, determination and positive attitude throughout SATs week has been truly inspiring. Each day, they showed maturity, perseverance and supported one another every step of the way 🤝✨

To celebrate the end of a busy and challenging week, they enjoyed a well-deserved ice cream treat 🍦💛

Today, our school powered down and lit up in a different way! Children and teachers reduced electricity use and filled our classrooms with bright colours to bring in natural light, positivity, and creativity. A small change that made a big impact 💡🌈

🦷✨ Year 3 Oral & Physical Hygiene Workshop ✨🦷
Our Year 3 pupils recently took part in an exciting workshop all about keeping their bodies and teeth healthy! 🥦💧
They explored the food wheel, learning how different foods help us grow strong and stay well. The children also discovered the difference between “good” and “bad” sugars, and how too much sugar can impact both our teeth and overall wellbeing.
Through engaging discussions, they learned how to reduce sugar intake and make healthier swaps — like choosing fruit instead of sweets 🍎 and water instead of sugary drinks 💦
The pupils were incredibly enthusiastic, asked thoughtful questions, and left feeling confident about making healthier choices both at home and at school. 🌟
