It’s time to confess…

I have struggled to know what this page is all about, even though I’m a master of personal branding, supporting my clients with this exact thing!

But having that vision & clarity for myself has tied me in knots. Here’s why.

It’s not because I don’t know how to create an epic brand, that’s my gift.

It’s because I’ve been in a period of real self discovery about my own identity in this phase of my life.
And without that inner clarity, I couldn’t honestly express & represent my full self here.

Truthfully, it’s been intense, enlightening & emotional at times.

It’s time to share version 10.0 of me and what you can expect here on my page from now.

I am a true free spirit navigating Womanhood, Motherhood, Life & Business in my own perfectly imperfect way. Riding emotional waves, highs & lows and ever changing landscape of life with grit, resilience, courage & a child-like wonder to dream bigger than most people ever dare.

I promise to share the real & raw moments that will mark my journey this year, to be a soothing voice in your head that reminds you ‘you are a f**king superwomen & you are not alone’.

I am in a life long relationship with my body to find love & confidence in my own skin. To restore levels of energy, strength fitness & general ‘feeling f**king fantastic’ that I felt before I loaned my body to motherhood!

I promise to share my journey ‘back to me’ & be your cheerleader for change in your own body love story.

I am a survivor, living proof of how you can hit rock bottom (ok bottoms), live your worst fears & bounce back to turn your struggle into strength.

I promise to share how I healed myself of PTSD, chronic anxiety and self sabotage (and how I continue to) to find peace, emotional resilience & insatiable thirst to experience life to the fullest.

I am a serial entrepreneur, visionary brand creator, biz architect & strategic master. (I am co-founder , head on over there to find me in CEO mode).

Most of all I promise to be a guiding light and voice of truth as you walk towards your big dreams.

I look forward to seeing out my 30’s with you this year with a yee-ha and a 🍾 (or 2!)

Why I’ve been silent on social media.

1. I wanted to give you a chance to miss me this Christmas 😉

2. I’ve been so busy living my real life, I didn’t have time to post about it! 🥳

3. Freedom is my success signature. The women who come to work with me want true freedom too and that means not feeling like a slave to social media. If you only see me living on social I am not leading you to live free and find true success your way. 🥂

So let this be your permission to step away and be fully present in your life when you desire to…

…shock horror when I came back today you were still here, I was still here and nothing has fallen apart! 🤪

And now with new energy, fresh perspective and pure potential for this year I am excited to be back and can’t wait to fire you up with what’s next…🔥

Everything is a reflection.

The amount of love you let into your life, a reflection of how lovable you believe you are.

The amount of freedom you have, a reflection of how free your give yourself permission to be.

The amount of wealth you attract, a reflection of how much you believe you are worthy to receive.

The amount of happiness you feel, a reflection of how great you are willing to let things be.

The next time you catch yourself in the mirror let it be a reminder to reflect out today more of what you desire to see coming back.

The night we moved into this house I sat here and imagined this room as a nursery for a beautiful baby girl…and so less than one year later it was.

Our ‘day dreams’ aren’t here to escape the here and now, they just offer a glimpse of the future.

As children we are taught to stop day dreaming, get our heads out the clouds and told what is and isn’t reality. 🤯

And so we stop believing in extraordinary and stop living in potentiality.

And this is why this message is printed on my daughters bedroom wall (pic 3) and why I tell her daily.

Hands up who would love to be a fly on the wall on the day a teacher tells me my daughters a day dreamer!! 😂

There are so many limitations we soak up as children but we get to decide which ones we pass on.

Be the one to put a stop to a legacy of limitations set by generations before you and let your own self leadership be the guiding light for the next.
