What do the latest election results mean for non-UK residents?
With the Conservative Party winning the latest elections, Boris Johnson has been officially elected as Prime Minister. One of his main points during this entire time has been to "get Brexit done".
No more hoping that Brexit may not happen - no more wondering and waiting. It will now happen, and though I agree that Britain needs to regain its sovereignty, I am very afraid for what this holds for the future of this entire region.
If you are still sitting on the fence and wishing you can secure your right to work in the UK - and even apply for UK Residential Status, one of the main prerequisites is to get your Life In The UK Test done.
Whilst I backed off for a while, waiting to see what the results of this election were going to be, it is now full steam ahead. So, if you want to pass your test in the next six weeks, watch this space. I will be reintroducing the five week course that will help you smoothly and confidently take this exam and pass it. When I think of the current state of affairs in British politics, the pic below explains exactly how I feel .... however, it is going to happen at SOME time and the period before and after BREXIT will be messy for many individuals, families and businesses. Don't be a victim of circumstances simply by not having the required documentation in place by the time this happens. All foreign nationals are particularly at risk, with settlement requirements changing all the time. The latest requirement is that family members of EU Citizens wishing to setting in the UK must do the Life in the UK Test if they are aged between 18 to 65 and wish to apply for British Citizenship. All my links are inactive at this time while I thoroughly overhaul things to cope with upcoming requirements. Watch this space - on Monday 2nd December, I will be making an announcement which will benefit you greatly - and 5 of you specially so! How much longer do you want to struggle on your own ..... how much longer do you want to fear your residential status .... how many attempts do you want to make at passing the Life in the UK Test? I can help you pass your test by January 6th. If that helps you, keep checking back here as I gear up to relaunch this helpful course.

Having experienced the heartbreak of a close family friend being asked to leave the UK overnight with his entire family, this article caught my attention .... I am NOT into scare-mongering, but it is becoming more and more imperative that you UK settlement status is clearly defined and assured. The Government DOES makes mistakes - even though this is a rare event, you just do not want you and your family to be effected when this happens.
