Am I too old to make it as an artist? Swipe to see what our mentee Heather (81 years old) had to say.

Comment 'VISIBLE' and we'll send you the link to learn more about our upcoming course, The Visible Artist.

It's one of the questions we hear most from the artists we mentor, and most of them are asking it in their 60s, 70s or 80s.

It's never too late to build a career as an artist.

That's exactly what The Visible Artist is for... 5 weeks to learn about your audience, your website, your newsletter and your Instagram, built on 35 years of experience, working with artists of every age.

But this is the only time we'll host the course this year. And doors close Tuesday 15 September at 5pm UK time.

Comment 'VISIBLE' and we'll share the link to join us. Don't miss this opportunity.

✨ Siân Bowen, Artist, Emerita Professor of Drawing Arts University Bournemouth | AUB who has two drawings included in the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize 2026

✨ Anita Taylor, Artist, Educator, Professor of Fine Art Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design and Architecture, founder of Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize DrawingProjectsUK & a selector of Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize 2026.

See the 92 drawings included in the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize 2026 exhibition on its first day with some of the artists, two of the selectors, and the author of the education pack….. so a brilliant opportunity for a day of seeing drawing, hearing about drawing practices, and making drawings together!

It will be a great day - the fourth symposium that we’ve delivered at Trinity Buoy Wharf - with great feedback.

As Eventbrite says, tickets are selling fast! So do head to the booking link and secure a place. We look forward to welcoming everyone and to exploring drawing together!
