Happy Hot Monday! ☀️Today and tomorrow are going to be 35+°C, we would like to remind all our students to keep hydrated! Whether you are in the dojo or not, make sure you are all drinking water and keeping safe in this weather.
Those warriors coming to train this week, be sure to bring water bottles with you, take breaks if you need them, and we will be keeping the air conditioning on to make sure you are comfortable in your class! 💪🏼

A photo of champions! Our team did us proud with a very successful trip to the Spanish Open! 🎉
Our Senseis preformed brilliantly and came home with 3 x 1st place 🥇 2 x 2nd place 🥈 and 1x 3rd place 🥉!!

A throwback to 2019 when some of our Senseis were last in Barcelona! 🏆
Today is the day that the Senseis compete in the 2022 Spanish Open! 🎉
They have been training hard and we know that they will be brilliant 💪🏼 Yesterday they had an excellent day with the Mugendo team in the Sparring course led by Master Rafael and Master Ricardo. It has been so nice to reunite and put our skills together once again! 🥊
We will keep you all updated and share any news from today’s fights! 💥

A very successful end to an excellent grading week! 💥 Well done to all students that practice hard and put in the work to achieve your new belt!
And congratulations to our Senior belts that graded with Master Raf on Sunday, it wasn’t easy but you did it! Very well deserved! 🎉 Ouss.

📣 Reminder that we are closed for the bank holiday! If anyone would like to train tomorrow you are welcome to go to Baker Street dojo. Personals and Privates can book in by calling or emailing directly. Otherwise, you can join the adults All Grades at 12pm.
🥊 As May begins we look back on the year so far and would like to say how pleased we are with the progress all our students have been making! It is a pleasure to have you all in the dojo!
🥊 Make sure next week to register for gradings! The week commencing the 9th will be grading week and we know many of you have been working hard to achieve your next belt!
For all Green belts and above speak to Sensei about grading as there is a Senior Grading coming up on the 15th May.
