Fantastic to be back in Manchester training at Master Ang's class. Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome, especially Master Ang, Master Kay, Master Andy Ten, and blackbelts Will and Fav. Special shout out to Master Andy Ten for going through the Tiger Crane application with me.🙏

30 years ago at end of September in 1994, with the blessing of Master Ang and the late Sifu Cheong, I founded the London club of the Hung Kuen Shaolin Kung Fu UK.
I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the following for their past and continued support: Master Ang, Nicki, Sophia & Zach, the rest of my family notably my brother Chris, the late Mark Butterworth (God rest his soul - you are dearly missed), all the past & present Blackbelts, students of Hung Kuen School of Shaolin Kung Fu and not least my friends.🙏

Last London class before the Summer break (month of July only, back training in August). The class also included a grading. All of whom, graded with flying colours! Congratulations to the 1st Yellow belts who have been promoted to 2nd Yellow and the 2nd Green belts who have been promoted to 1st Blue. Also there was a very special grade awarded to the club’s youngest (4 years old) member who received their Junior Yellow Belt! Well done to all🏆💪

Saturday class padwork techniques, photos include: cross punches,crescent & side kick combinations and Master Tim Kirkman demonstrating cross elbow strike. Excellent training by all, well done! 💪👍
