At Little Bridge we celebrate International Tolerance Day with friends around the globe. Here's to kindness everywhere!

'In order to generate public awareness, emphasize the dangers of intolerance and react with renewed commitment and action in support of tolerance promotion and education, the United Nations solemnly proclaimed 16 November the annual International Day for Tolerance'.

So proud to have our work with Ceibal en Inglés described and celebrated in this publication. Collaboration is at the heart of this project.

This week, we're celebrating the Mums/Moms/Mamas the world over who support their children's education. Thank you!

As the excitement builds for the fast-approaching Olympics in Paris, we have just launched our very own 'Olympics' competition with our partners in Uruguay

Already the young learners of English are competing to become ‘Champions’, both for completing learning activities successfully and for making the biggest contribution to the Little Bridge social community (’DigiPals’)

Each week we collect the data to find the best performing schools and individual students, culminating in the announcement of the overall winners in early October.

Already we are seeing these young students achieving remarkable outcomes, which tells us that learning English this way is both highly motivating and lots of fun.

Wishing all the athletes in Paris, as well as the English Language Learners in Uruguay, all the very best in their respective competitions!! 🏅 🏆

As a small organization, there are lots of challenges when addressing a global market.
So imagine our delight when we were selected as runner up in the Edtech Global Awards!
Fairness and equity are at the core of these awards, demonstrated by the policy of providing its judges (also global!) with anonymised submissions to remove any bias during the judging process.
What’s more, all entrants are provided with positive and constructive feedback from the
category judges, regardless of whether they win or not.
So we were really happy to learn that the judges recognised that our ‘combination of technology and best practices in education has enabled the company to contribute a lot on the global stage in English language learning’.

The power of 3!
We’d like to share some celebratory edtech news! It involves these 3 three things - the Little Bridge platform, our dedicated team and the amazing partnership we have with the Ceibal en Inglés () team in Uruguay.
For a magic three years, we’ve worked together to deliver English Language Learning to children aged 9-12 across the country with our unique social approach. Now we’ve signed an agreement to continue collaborating for a further three years.

For anyone who is interested in digital transformation, who has not yet come across the Ceibal project (), it is definitely worth exploring as it changes children’s education experience - and life chances - and truly merits its ‘flagship’ status.
