Fattoush Salad - a fresh salad with crunchy vegetables, herbs, spices, and yummy pita chips.
Muhammara - a delicious dip made with walnuts, roasted bell peppers & pomegranate molasses - wonderful with pita bread, crackers and veggies.
Red Onion Jam - a wonderful addition to cheeseboards, with roasted veggies, or crackers.
Beet Pesto Zoodles - can be served cold or warm, the beet pesto is soooo good!

I am really excited to announce a special collaboration with Freyja Ulveland this coming April!
Join us in Bragg Creek for a weekend shaped by forest air, firelight, slow meals, and the rhythm of weaving.
Freyja will teach you how to weave your own willow backpack, and I will be feeding you (and teach a fun workshop).
