GTIA has been named the recipient of the Pax8 Social Impact Award. We're honored by the recognition and grateful to Pax8 for the acknowledgment!

Right now, there are no globally recognised standards for what it means to be a managed service provider. That's changing.
Texas A&M University's Global Cyber Research Institute is leading CRITS, a new global accreditation initiative setting the standard for professional IT service delivery. GTIA is the sole trade association member, meaning our members have a voice in what those standards look like — and the chance to help shape them from the ground up.
