To celebrate 350 years of Lock & Co. Hatters, two historic St James’s businesses have come together to create something entirely new.
Created in collaboration with the House of Floris, Britain’s oldest family perfumers, 1676 is a crisp, woody-amber fragrance for men and women.
The limited-edition hand blend opens with neroli blossom, lavender and carnation, before notes of Australian sandalwood and orris evoke the velvety fabrics of the Lock & Co. workshops, enveloped in rich vanilla and cashmere woods.
Notes reminiscent of chocolate, coffee and to***co offer a further connection to our past, recalling the history of our building before its hat-making days.
Created together by Floris perfumers and Lock & Co. Hatters, 1676 is hand-blended and hand-poured at the Floris perfumery at 89 Jermyn Street.
