After facing challenges with undiagnosed autism and ADHD, Elise made the decision to rebuild her life and pursue her passion for creativity. Now studying a Graphic Design course at WAES, she’s found purpose, confidence, and a supportive environment to grow.

Her journey is a powerful reminder that with the right mindset and support, everyone can thrive and it’s never too late to start learning.

We were delighted to welcome experts from SecurityHQ to a digital careers session for our Full Stack and AWS learners this week.

Learners explored what it takes to succeed in the cybersecurity industry, received practical advice on CVs and candidate qualities, and heard inspiring stories about breaking into the field.
