Our upcoming London workshops have been postponed!

Dear all. Considering the developments in the coronavirus epidemic, travel restrictions and government advice to stop non-essential travel, we have decided to postpone the upcoming "Into the Stretch" and "Stretch Therapy for Performance" workshops. We were really looking forward to teaching the workshops but postponing them to a later date is the best decision now. We will be running the workshops later in the year when things calm down again. We will keep you posted. If you have any questions, please send a message. Keep calm and stretch on!

Hello All,

Ah... the last term of the year approaches. This year has gone by way too quickly!

I know the wet, dark and cold weather makes it tough to motivate yourself to work out, but let's try and stay focussed till the holiday indulgences hit us :).

NOTE: No Class on 29th October

Nov/Dec Term
The new 5 week term starts on Tuesday 5th November, 2019.

Class Schedule: Tuesday 5, 12, 19, 26 November; 3,10 December
[There are 6 scheduled days in case I miss one due to my wife going into labour. If I manage to not skip a class then we'll just have a free extra class on 10th Dec]
Location: The Upper Room, 8 Greenland Street, Camden, NW1 0ND
Tube: Camden Town

Classes are
6-7pm - Stretch Therapy
7-8pm - Stretch Therapy
8-9pm - Stretch Therapy for Gymnastics

Drop-in Price: £12 for one class £22 for two classes in a night.
Class packs:
1 class a night for the 5 weeks is £54 (instead of £60)
2 classes a night for the 5 weeks is £100 (instead of £110)
