Congratulations to those who graded today. The harder you work, the darker your belt gets.
A huge thank you to all competitors who took part in our inaugural Fight Night. You all showed tremendous courage and spirit. It’s not easy fighting in front of so many people.

Black belts are just white belts who kept showing up.

Well done to all the white belts to green tags who graded on Saturday. This is a reminder that the green belt to black belt grading is this coming Saturday, November 19. Remember to bring licence booklets and sparring kit. Black belt candidates must be at the hall for an 8 am start.
