📚✨ A fantastic way to end our Reading Chair performances! ✨📚

A huge well done to our wonderful Year 1 pupils, who performed our final Reading Chair of the year. They did an incredible job, reading with confidence, enthusiasm, and expression.

It takes a lot of courage to stand up and perform in front of the whole school, and every one of our Year 1 children should be so proud of themselves. Their hard work and bravery truly shone through!

Well done, Year 1 – you were amazing! 🌟👏

As our wonderful Year 6 class prepares to begin the next exciting chapter of their education, we couldn't be prouder of everything they have achieved.

We celebrated the end of their primary school journey with a fantastic graduation ceremony, a captivating performance, an action-packed laser tag trip, and, of course, an unforgettable water fight! These are memories we hope our pupils will treasure for years to come.

A huge thank you to all of our parents and carers for your support and for helping to make the graduation such a special and memorable occasion.

To our amazing Year 6 pupils – we wish you every success and happiness as you move on to secondary school. Remember, you will always be a part of the Mulberry Canon Primary School family. 💙🎓✨

Our wonderful Year 5 pupils have been discussing the books they are looking forward to reading over the summer holidays. 📚
Reading for pleasure helps to develop vocabulary, spark imagination, build empathy and strengthen confidence. By making time to read over the summer, our children can continue to grow as learners while discovering new worlds through books.
We can't wait to hear about all the fantastic stories they enjoy when they return in September!

Our lovely Playmakers have been busy painting our new Feelings Tables! 🎨💛❤️💙💚

Each colour represents a different emotion:
💛 Yellow – Happy
❤️ Red – Frustrated
💙 Blue – Calm
💚 Green – All other feelings

Children are welcome to sit at any of the tables to show how they're feeling. It's a simple way to let others know they might like a friend to chat with, helping to encourage kindness, friendship, and emotional wellbeing throughout the school. 💕

Our lovely Early Years Lead, Clare, has been enjoying meeting the parents of our new Nursery children who will be joining us this September. We can't wait to welcome all of our new children and families to our school community! 🌟

It's wonderful to read so many brilliant stories of achievement across Mulberry Schools Trust!

Mulberry Canon Barnett has had a fantastic term, with students taking part in a range of exciting opportunities including the Mulberry STEM Academy, welcoming families to Mulberry Mini Explorers, our new Stay and Play provision, and our Eco Warriors’ first environmental leadership visit as part of the inspiring Growing Wild for Nature programme in Ashford.
