• Introverts (I): Quiet observers who lead with thoughtfulness and precision. They excel in environments that allow for reflection, deep thinking, and more controlled settings. Introverts often lead by example and are known for their focused decision-making, preferring solitude to recharge before taking thoughtful action.

While 87% of extraverts believe they have what it takes to be a good leader, compared to 56% of introverts (Ambition Survey, 16personalities), it’s essential to remember that neither style is inherently better. The most effective leaders understand their own personality, leverage their strengths, and adapt where necessary.
