I had a meeting the same evening as my session with Danielle, for which I was so stressed out I couldn’t prepare properly, and had nearly considered cancelling my coaching session. I felt very anxious, my heart was pounding and I couldn’t think properly, it was interfering with my preparation for the meeting.
Danielle did a process with me that day that transformed how I felt in the moment.
I was able to finally relax and function normally again for the rest of the day, and at the meeting I felt calm and collected. I was able to find my words easily, which earlier was a big concern, and I didn’t even go red in the face like I usually do.
That was a one hour of coaching with a big Return on Investment for me.

What does your inner voice say to you?
Is it supportive, or is it filled with doubts and worry?
Here’s the truth: your subconscious mind absorbs every thought, word, and feeling you have, and it doesn’t know the difference between fact or fiction!
Our thoughts are shaped by our own unique perspective. Before the age of 7, your brain soaks up all the information that you see, hear, and experience.
It creates the lens through which you see life, it creates your beliefs, and these play out in everything you do.
So those negative thoughts you hear 😔, they are not facts; they are made-up thoughts based on your past experiences
If it hears “nobody likes me”, “I can’t do anything right” or “I’m so stupid”, it will believe it!
So, the next time a negative thought pops up, remind yourself: it’s not a fact; it’s just an old story.
You have the power to rewrite it! ✨
