2026 is not a year you can slide into on autopilot.

And it’s definitely not a year for generic plans or borrowed formulas.

This year asks for conscious, aligned moves that actually change how you work, how you earn, and how fulfilled you feel doing it.

And let me be clear: when I speak about action, I’m not talking about hustle, pressure, or forcing yourself into someone else’s rhythm.

I’m talking about action that fits you = your energy, your pace, your real life context.

Because the reason so many people abandon their intentions by mid-January isn’t lack of discipline, it’s actually misalignment.

They plan for an imaginary version of themselves, instead of the real one standing right here, right now.

So if you want to start 2026 differently, here are three principles I live by, and see working again and again with the women I mentor:

1️⃣ 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗱 𝗼𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.
Intentions give direction without closing doors. They leave space for life and for support to arrive in ways you couldn’t plan. Let some magic in.

2️⃣ 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲.
There is no universal recipe for success or fulfillment. Your way of working, deciding, and growing is deeply personal. When you stop copying and start acting from your essence, things become sustainable and joyful.

3️⃣ 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲.
Momentum isn’t about constant action. It’s about timed action. When you align with natural cycles and your own energy, effort softens and flow begins.

Six years ago, I made a clear decision.

I chose intention over autopilot.

It was end of December 2019 and I was heading towards a retreat space in Thailand, which was about to change my life.

What shifted wasn’t dramatic on the outside.
It was internal, foundational, irreversible.

I softened the grip of responsibility I had been carrying for years.
I rewired how I related to work, worth, and identity.
And I made firm internal decisions about what I would do, about how I wanted to live and serve.

This is why I treasure the days between Christmas and New Year so much.
I’ve seen first hand how much weight they can carry.

There is a different kind of clarity available these days.
The kind that arises when the nervous system settles and the heart gets a word in.

I know you know

how to build strategies, lead teams, execute complex projects.

But when it comes to building your own soulful business, the rules shift.

Here’s what I’ve seen again and again (in myself first, and in the women I mentor):

1️⃣ 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂.
Your essence. Your gifts. Your truth.
But most women unconsciously censor themselves and build what they think others expect.
Your business won’t bloom unless you are in it fully.

2️⃣ 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.
Because your business is personal, emotional, intimate.
This is why you need reflective spaces, aka coaching, mentoring, therapy, real sisterhood, to see yourself clearly and stay grounded in your truth instead of your fears.

3️⃣ 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱.
I tried. After 17 years in marketing & strategy, I attempted the classic funnel: awareness → trial → conversion.
It doesn’t work here.

Soul-led businesses grow from 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 & 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁, strategy second.
From human depth, not mass messaging.

I kept looking for a space like this for years. I couldn’t truly find it somewhere else, so I created one myself: 𝗕𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗠. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿.

A room where you’re held, seen, supported, and guided strategically to finally start your own thing. As a side gig or as an all-in business from day one. You choose the format and I guide you to give it shape.
