The majority of 2023, I was in denial.

On days where I felt fine, just beneath the surface…

I was on edge.

👉Loud noises disproportionately startled me.
👉My sleep was light and easily interrupted.
👉I felt tired regardless of the hours I slept.
👉I would stress over tasks I could normally get done without a fuss.
👉 I was irritable and easily annoyed.
👉 I went out too much / stayed out too late.

👀 Can you relate to any of these?

These were clear signs of my disregulated nervous system, low vagal tone, and my body telling me it desperately needed change. Swipe to see the painful wake up calls from my body. (No, it’s not pink eyeshadow 😂

But what really got to me was...

- How hard I judged myself for not feeling like “myself”
- how much I forced myself to act like business as usual, when what I needed was to make radical changes.

I had to lean in and listen to my body and my inner wisdom- even when logically it didn’t make sense yet, I felt afraid, and didn’t want to let go of my perceived control.

When I finally let go of what I thought I HAD to do….

👉 I took my power back.

I ended a year long relationship. I reduced my business hours by 60%, I let go of a visa process I had been fighting over for months.

And almost instantly, I attracted unexpected opportunities that perfectly matched the actual capacity I had to give.

☝️ This never would have happened if I had stayed in my forceful, masculine, survival state- instead of a surrendered, self nurturing, trusting state.

This is a reminder to decide how and when it’s time to listen to your body’s wisdom over your logical mind.

💎 Your energy field is your greatest asset.

If you are forcing things that don’t feel right, you are unconsciously repelling the aligned and unexpected opportunities from finding YOU.

A common mistake I see early stage entrepreneurs making⬇️

is not working on their emotional and energetic relationship with money.
If you want to book 1:1 clients, but youve never invested in a 1:1 service yourself (only free content or DIY)

if want to sell group programs or host in person retreats, but you’ve never invested in either yourself…
it creates an energetic disconnect that gets unconsciously felt by your audience…and by yourself.
How can we expect sell something we don’t value enough to purchase ourselves?

Money is energy. It flows where it is welcome, where it feels valued and mirrored.

Growing up, I struggled a ton in school. At one point I had the lowest grades of my class. It was deeply shameful for me.

All those years, I thought something was wrong with me. I believed I was less capable than everyone else.

Years later, I was diagnosed with learning differences (dyslexia + others) and finally my years of struggle made sense. There was nothing wrong with me, I was in the wrong place for my skills!

The problem with mainstream education is:
🔍 it teaches us what to think. Not HOW.

🤚 Being married to this system is like trying to measure the intelligence of an octupus by its ability to climb a tree. It's simply not the full picture.

💫 Alternative education + being in environments that celebrated my uniqueness changed my life- I finally began thriving, not surviving.

This lead me on my life's mission to expand the education landscape- and its why I am so passionate about helping creative minds like yours, who love helping others, build impactful business that make positive change in the world.

Things can feel like they’re falling apart when we start making choices based on who we want to be.
It’s a confusing and difficult place to be, which is why so many people opt for the comfort zone over committing to their dreams.

This is why mindset and inner work is a non-negotiable. Strategy alone is not enough.
Its simple, space must be created in order for the new to come in. Remember that birth is painful, figuratively and literally.

Don’t give up on what you can’t stop day dreaming about. 🤍 it’s all worth it.

Welcome 32 ☀️🌵

31 was the year of the unexpected. High highs and low lows. That is the beauty of a life fully lived.
Painful endings, beautiful beginnings, humbling lessons, major transitions and diving headfirst into the unknown 🪐 in business, in friendships that ran their course. In navigating my health journey. With loved ones who’s time it was to cross over into different dimensions. In packing up and heading out without knowing where I’m going yet, just surrendering to something I can’t see, but only feel…deeply.
To future me (and anyone who may identify with being in the inbetween) 💌keep focused on the magic of this chapter, especially when it feels stretchy and uncertain as f*.
Your family, your friends, your carry-on suitcase with your lab-top, 4 pairs of pants, 2 pairs shoes and few tops 😆 are all you need right now. It’s all worth it, trust me.
Thank you 🙏 for another year of this colorful life.
