YOGA RETREAT
VIVERE LENTO - Marche, Italy
6th - 11th June 2024
🏡 LOCATION
I chose Tenuta San Marcello not only because it was ticking all the boxes I was looking for (great yoga space, secluded location but close enough to the seaside, nice interior and exterior design, pool etc) but also because of their commitment to reducing environmental impact starting from the casale itself which is built with sustainable and waste materials and has systems adapted to reuse natural resources such as rain water, solar power etc
🧘♂️ YOGA
This isn’t a training or boot camp, I’ve planned the practices on the mat to complement the rest of the day and not to compete for the iron man. Not everyday will be the same. There will be meditation and simple breathing techniques everyday together with Vinyasa practices and workshops in the morning and Yin most of the evenings. We’ll reflect on some teachings and you decide how to carry it with you off the mat for the rest of the day.
You can use our time together as you prefer and I’m here to support your practice. I’m also always up for starting a random handstand session in the middle of the day.
🍅 FOOD
Everyday snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner with seasonal and local products!
⛱️ BEACH
We will spend half a day at the beautiful beach of Portonovo in the natural reserve of Riviera del Conero. Meditation overlooking the sea, chill under the sun/soaking in water, kayak (optional) and picnic breakfast & lunch.
🍷 WINE TASTING
The Tenuta is overlooking beautiful vineyards and we’ll have the chance to a guided tour and taste of their delicious family produced natural wines.
🍝 PASTA WORKSHOP
We’ll have fun learning to make pasta from scratch and obviously eat it 😋
I’m so thrilled and I hope you can be part of it and join our beautiful group ❤️
