After 16 incredible years, we said goodbye to someone who has helped shape the Make Believe story.

Vanessa hasn’t just run a school. She has built a community. She has given hundreds of children the confidence to step onto a stage, believe in themselves and reach their previously unreachable star.

At Make Believe, we often talk about Return on Life. We believe true success isn’t just measured by what you earn, but by the freedom you create, the life you get to live and the legacy you leave behind.

Vanessa’s legacy isn’t measured by the 16 years she spent with us. It’s measured by the confidence she built, the smiles she created and the dreams she inspired in so many young people.

As one chapter closes, another begins. We’re delighted to welcome Chloe and Amy as they take the next step in this school’s journey, building on the incredible foundation Vanessa has created.

From everyone at Make Believe, thank you, Vanessa. Your impact will be felt for generations to come, and you’ll always be part of the Make Believe family.

One incredible summer. One unforgettable finale.

As we head into the final week of Show Camp, we’re looking back at some of the amazing moments that have brought us here. From first rehearsals to standing ovations, every performance has been filled with confidence, friendship and the joy of performance.

Now it’s time for the grand finale.

If you haven’t seen Show Camp yet, there’s still time. Join us this weekend at artsdepot, followed by our final performances at The Questors next week, and come and celebrate the incredible talent, hard work and dedication of our young performers.
