We’re hiring a Part-Time Admissions & Onboarding Coordinator to join Al-Hikmah Kids Academy.

This role is for a professional, organised and proactive Muslimah who communicates confidently with parents, works independently, and is comfortable learning and managing digital systems.

Strong spoken and written English is essential, with spoken Arabic highly valued. Applicants based in the GCC region are preferred.

Approx. 15 hours per week | Monday–Thursday | Fully Remote

Mum, you are a warrior. 🤍

You may never stand on a battlefield, but every day you fight battles nobody sees. The exhaustion. Your own anger. Wiping their tears while hiding yours. Carrying on when you have nothing left.

And Allah sees it all.

“Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock.” (Bukhari & Muslim)

Your homeschooling is not “just motherhood.” It is an amanah. It is tarbiyyah. It can be worship.

Every salah you teach. Every manner you repeat. Every bedtime du’a. You are planting seeds of imaan.

So don’t measure yourself by a spotless home or a finished workbook, measure it by the imaan you are building in their hearts.

You will get tired. You will make mistakes. But a warrior doesn’t have to be perfect. She falls, turns back to Allah, and rises again.

Keep going. Keep making du’a. Keep raising them for Allah.

Alhamdulillah, places are filling quickly for September 2026!

Reception, Year 1 and several upper year groups are now full, while only a limited number of places remain across others. Due to growing demand, we have also opened a new Year 2–4 batch.

At Al-Hikmah Kids Academy, pupils receive live British curriculum education within a nurturing Islamic environment, with classes kept to a maximum of 15–20 pupils.

If your child’s year group is full, you can still join the waitlist. Where there is sufficient interest, we may open an additional class, in shaa Allah.
