We always trying to set goals and work hard to achieve them some people succeed and then get lost again and some stop working before they even started
This can be due to never actually taking control of the process (the system )of work that goes with it
Is not about focusing only on the goal but adapting the system to achieve it
Look at the version of yourself you will like to become and decide if the choices you are making are the ones leading you to your destination

Every day I spend my time feeling fine and training, analysing the next move but really what it is all about?

That feeling of accomplishment
5k run pain-free 🥳
I woke up feeling empty, with little motivation, so I decided to go for a walk, this took me into an unexpected feeling to run so instead, I end up running 5k while carrying my backpack 🎒😅 I enjoyed it and I am so glad it happens!
I thought of running until I’ll find a cafe to sit in to do my work but then... I just kept going
Don’t let yourself sabotage your plan to succeed in your journey
No, every day you will feel motivated and is ok
Just get out of bed, get ready and make it all happen
