sometimes can be an exercise that we women tend to avoid when we walk into the gym floor

I get that it may look intimidating as only gents tend to go for It first and never seem to never let go of it 😅
but let me tell how this amazing compound upper body exercise is for all of us

That feeling of accomplishment
5k run pain-free 🥳
I woke up feeling empty, with little motivation, so I decided to go for a walk, this took me into an unexpected feeling to run so instead, I end up running 5k while carrying my backpack 🎒😅 I enjoyed it and I am so glad it happens!

I thought of running until I’ll find a cafe to sit in to do my work but then... I just kept going

Don’t let yourself sabotage your plan to succeed in your journey

No, every day you will feel motivated and is ok
Just get out of bed, get ready and make it all happen

Food is the beginning of everything
Often I see how we wait until special occasions to take action in our diets such as holidays or weddings, others get to eat healthier due to health conditions why wait so long for it?
