Should every woman be using creatine?
Creatine is having a moment - it’s the new collagen.

The word out there is all women can benefit from supplementing with creatine.

It’s one of the most researched sports supplements, but should every woman be adding it to their diet?

Our expert nutritionist Dr Linia Patel takes a long, hard look at the facts.

Creatine is an effective performance enhancer. It promotes muscle growth when combined with resistance training.

Claims that creatine can improve sleep, brain fog and bone health are based on limited research.

Is creatine for women, particularly midlife women, about marginal gains or meaningful benefit?

Women may benefit from creatine, but not all need it.

Creatine is effective for women who follow a vegetarian diet, or who are doing regular resistance training.

Creatine is not a short cut. The foundations of good sleep, diet and movement remain essential.
