You've hit every milestone. Crushed every KPI. Climbed the ladder.
So why does success feel like a cage?
I just created a video breaking down the '𝐇𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐫-𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐮𝐫'—the mental habit that keeps high-performers trapped on a treadmill with no finish line.
If you recognize this pattern (spoiler: most mid-career professionals do), watch this. In

If 2025 were a chapter title… 📖
Mine would be “Growth Through the Uncomfortable.”
What would yours be?

The Chinese Bamboo Tree shows no visible growth for years.
Then it shoots up nearly 90 feet in just a few weeks.
Most people miss the real lesson here.
It’s not about speed.
It’s about what happened below the surface.
Those years weren’t wasted time.
The tree was building roots.
Strong, interconnected roots that could support rapid growth later.
Your growth works the same way:
1. You’re learning skills no one sees yet
2. You’re strengthening your thinking quietly
3. You’re building foundations before results
4. You’re growing capacity before visibility
5. You’re preparing for a breakthrough that will look “sudden” to others
The problem?
We judge everything by what shows up fast.
We leave roles because growth feels slow.
We abandon goals because nothing looks different yet.
We assume we’re failing when we’re actually building.
Invisible growth is still real growth.
If it feels quiet right now, that doesn’t mean nothing is happening.
It may mean your roots are spreading.

🌿 Khadijah (RA): The Ultimate Muslimah Trailblazer
👋🏼Who hasn’t heard of the ultimate Muslimah trailblazer, Khadijah (RA)?
SubhanAllah, she wasn’t just successful.
She was principled in a world that normalised corruption.
She was compassionate in an era that silenced women.
She was courageous when comfort was easier.
Here’s what moved me most:
Even in pre-Islamic Arabia, when dishonesty and manipulation were common in trade,
She stood out for her fairness, diligence, and integrity.
She built a thriving business without compromising her soul.
She uplifted others through charity.
And she led with quiet strength, not noise, not ego.
When she hired Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to manage her trade caravan,
she did something extraordinary for her time.
She verified his character.
She listened to reports of his honesty.
And when she recognised true nobility, she acted with courage —
proposing marriage despite being older, wealthier, and far beyond societal expectations.
✨ That was leadership with foresight.
✨ That was faith in action.
✨ That was barakah in business.
When I began reflecting on my own transition into full-time coaching,
I took a long, honest look at my values.
I asked myself: Who can keep me anchored to purpose, not performance?
My heart immediately turned to Khadijah (RA).
Her story helped me realign my mission:
to help others discover purposeful, values-driven work
and to earn without compromising their worth or integrity.
Because true success isn’t measured by visibility or volume.
It’s measured by value, virtue, and vision.
💭 Quiet reflection:
Who inspires you to become your best version in what you do?

If you’ve ever looked successful on paper but still felt something was missing — this post is for you.
This is the beginning of a new chapter — one that brings together everything I’ve learned about people, purpose, and possibility.
For those who’ve followed my work over the years, you know my path has been an evolution — from the NHS, charity, and coaching sectors into technology, and now bringing them together in meaningful ways.
A few months ago, after completing my Google cloud certifications, I made a quiet decision: to stop playing small.
I’d been coaching for years — helping people grow, change, and rebuild confidence — but somewhere along the way, I realised I hadn’t fully committed to my own voice.
Earning my cloud certifications was the turning point. It reminded me that growth doesn’t mean letting go of who you were; it means expanding what’s possible.
Since then, everything has shifted. The journey hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been rich — full of lessons about what it really takes to grow with purpose instead of pressure.
Now, I’m using that experience to help others do the same.
I help professionals navigate transitions, rebuild confidence, and design purposeful careers that align with who they are becoming.
Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing insights, tools, and reflections for anyone ready to redefine success on their own terms — using my 3-step formula.
If that sounds like where you are — stay connected. There’s a lot of good work ahead.

It’s important and more productive to take a break from your routine than feeling burnt out.
So if you feel the need to slow down then slow down.
Things often speed up as you replenish, re-energise and re-charge yourself.
Here are some Prophetic reminders if you are struggling to maintain your Duas as they haven’t been manifested yet
1️⃣Your Dua acted as a charity and removed something harmful from your life
2️⃣Your Dua was replaced by something better in your life
3️⃣Your daus was saved to be manifested on the day of judgment.
Allah knows what’s best for us so have faith and start consistent with your Duas without being hasty or ungrateful.
🤲🏻Dua may seem a spiritual act but it engages all areas of our existence, body ( raise hands, mind (conscious thought of Dua) and soul ( Twakkal in Allah)
What a win win act Subhan Allah.
I pray that may Allah fulfil your heartfelt desires and bless it for you.
As always massive note to self first!
How can you use the gift of dua to transform your personal & professional life?

Consistent good deeds soon become our habit and habit become action.
What consist good deeds are you going to start this Ramadan in sha Allah?

What if this was your last Ramadan? 😔
Would you let this thought make you feel sad, depressed or motivated?
We can use death to demotivate ourselves or as a reminder to re-evaluate and re-affirm our priorities and what matters the most. As being Muslims we are encouraged to think about death at least 5 times a day and use it to encourage ourselves for engaging in good deeds and focusing on staying close to our deen in sha Allah.
I am reminded of this beautiful hadith of prophet Muhammad PBUH with regards to death,
“When the human being dies, his deeds end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.”
How would this reminder help you with your devotion to Ramadan as well as transforming your life?
Huge note to self-first🧕🏻
