One of our students recently has mentioned that she is so โuncoordinatedโ. Which isnโt a case. This student after a few classes showed an incredible progress, showing lots of confidence having the Kangoo boots on.

Never rush to be too harsh on yourself, judging or comparing yourself to someone else in the room. This message can go to any aspects in life. The only person you can compare yourself to โ is ๐๐๐, where you were at ๐ฒ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฒ with your fitness journey and where you are at ๐ญ๐จ๐๐๐ฒ. Everyone is unique, each person has their own path โ how did they get to that very point with the progress. So it would be wrong to compare yourself to a person next to you.
Always be kind to yourself with the words! ๐คฒ Why itโs important? โ Itโs been proven many times scientifically how our body reacts to a negative and positive information.
๐๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐! ๐ง The brain sends message to the body on the biological level. When you tell yourself that youโre โuncoordinatedโ, your body listens to it and will be performing that way.
Firstly, only a very small percentage of people are uncoordinated, thatโs you hear from someone with the professional dance background. Secondly, thereโs no chance that ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ someone can be uncoordinated. If thereโs a slight chance that a person is uncoordinated, that will be in dance, but in fitness โ there isnโt such a thing! ๐๐๐๐๐๐ can do fitness!
