Mark's expertise added valuable insight into the influence of celebrity endorsements on voter behavior and public opinion. We are proud to see Mark's work informing such a timely and important discussion! π

Congratulations to Thomas Warren, winner of the 2024 RIBA Norman Foster Travelling Scholarship.
Nominated by London Metropolitan University, Thomas plans to use the Β£7,000 travel scholarship to research sustainable off-grid infrastructure in Africa, to learn how future cities could be made greener through self-sustaining energy, water and food systems.

We're delighted to announce that Professor Julie Hall has been appointed as our new Vice-Chancellor! π
A professor of Higher Education, Julie's background is in sociology with a particular interest in inclusive teaching and learning, for which she was awarded a National Teaching Fellowship in 2014.
Julie has worked in Higher Education for 36 years, starting her career leading a programme for London Guildhall University, a predecessor institution of London Met.
"I am delighted and deeply honoured to be appointed as the next Vice-Chancellor of London Metropolitan University.
"This truly is the pinnacle of my career. I am committed to building on the outstanding legacy of Professor Lynn Dobbs, whose inspirational leadership has set a strong foundation," Professor Julie Hall.
The appointment comes following the announcement in January that current Vice-Chancellor, Professor Lynn Dobbs, would retire at the end of the year.
