Bringing Coaching back to Schools!

A gift from the pandemic is that the education sector has found a way to utilise digital/online platforms as an essential resource to aid learning and better support their students and staff.

I welcome you to share this post, in particular with any SLT who are trailblazers / forward thinking.

With the use of online platforms I can offer schools a similar service to my private clients and therefore work with schools all over the country, perhaps globally as with my private clients.

I look forward to connecting and see how I can support your students 1:1 remotely with personalised coaching focussed on their specific needs!

This podcast is made up of two halves, the first an interview/chat and the second a real life coaching session. 19:25 is where the coaching session starts.

I have to say this took courage for me to do this, and to of course share it. It was one of those moments where you get asked, say 'Yes' and just throw yourself into it not knowing the outcome.

I had 5 minutes in advance to touch base with the 13 year old where we briefly designed and aligned with one another as we had never met before and she had never experienced coaching before. I take my hat off to her for the courage it took for her to show up and talk so openly. I think you'll all hear what an amazing individual she is and how much she has to bring to the world.

Thoroughly enjoyed this, Zarrina Alieva thank you for inviting me on the podcast and for creating the space for this whole conversation. What a gift!

Starting 1:1 coaching sessions for a tween who’s experiencing strong feelings of anxiety can be quite daunting. And so, some of my clients choose to have a parent present for at least the first session.

Receiving this feedback is always incredible, not just for me, but to know that the impact of my coaching is felt by child and parent in even the first session 🙌🥰

Leaving school and knowing what’s next can be super daunting for your teen.

Teamwork may make the dream work but first you gotta know the dream right?!

With over 10 years in coaching and education I love nothing more than coaching Young People to be excited for their future and seeing that their choices make that future a reality.
