It’s so exciting to see someone else’s reaction to one of your favorite places! And is for sure one of our favorites. My little sister tagged along with us and even though it was a lovely 35 degrees the canyon didn’t let us down

Beautiful one of my favorite places. This city is so rich in history and tradition it’s easy to get mesmerized by it! I always get enthralled by the years and years of history.

We were recently reminded that our visit to was one of the areas effected by the recent California fires. We were saddened that this beautiful amazing forest was hit with the blaze. It had been M’s dream to see an actual redwood and we were lucky that we were able to hike around this beautiful park and see so many beautiful , some that were 1000 years old. It will take years for regrowth but this forest is resilient and seen more then it fair shares of disasters. We will be back when Mother Nature is ready for us. You can help by donating to the fund and help rebuild the resource centers and park services

He takes my hand and he leads me to these faraway places I never knew existed. His awe and excitement of it all make the long travel days, endless flights and bad beds worth it!
